Ingredients

Tomatoes (tomatoes, salt, citric acid), water, spaghetti, onions, lean ground beef, lean ground pork, ricotta cheese (whey, milk ingredients, salt, lactic acid, xanthan gum, guar gum, locust bean gum), textured soy protein, soybean oil, toasted wheat crumbs, modified corn starch, liquid whole egg, parmesan & romano cheeses, garlic (garlic, water, citric acid), tomato paste, salt, oat hull fiber, sugar, parsley, spices, beef flavour (roasted beef and beef juices, salt, flavourings, potato flour, caramel colour, corn oil, paprika), milk ingredients.
CONTAINS: EGG, MILK, SOY, WHEAT, OATS.
No artificial flavours or colours.

Preparation Instructions

Microwave (1000W)

  1. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not remove heat proof film.
  2. Heat 3-4 minutes (325 g tray) or 4-5 minutes (1 kg tray) on high until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not remove heat proof film.
  3. Cook on a baking tray in centre of oven for 15-20 minutes (325 g tray) or 25-30 minutes (1 kg tray) until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully. 
Do not use in toaster oven, do not broil. Ovens vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only.
