Water, cavatappi pasta, cream (cream, milk, carrageenan, soy mono and diglycerides, carboxymethylcellulose, polysorbate 80), cheddar cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme, colour), milk ingredients, mozzarella cheese (milk, modified milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme), parmesan & romano cheeses (milk, salt, bacterial culture, lipase, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme), soybean oil, wheat flour, potato starch, cultured dextrose and corn maltodextrin, natural flavour, disodium phosphate, salt, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seed, white vinegar, salt, xanthan gum, spices), natural colour, spices.

Preparation Instructions

Microwave (1000W)

  1. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not remove heat proof film.
  2. Heat 3-4 minutes (325 g tray) or 4-5 minutes (1 kg tray) on high until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not remove heat proof film.
  3. Cook on a baking tray in centre of oven for 15-20 minutes (325 g tray) or 25-30 minutes (1 kg tray) until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully. 
Do not use in toaster oven, do not broil. Ovens vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only.
