Ingredients

Cabbage, tomatoes (tomatoes, salt, citric acid), water, lean ground beef, rice, onions, liquid whole egg, tomato paste, carrots, vinegar, sugar, modified corn starch, salt, beef flavour (roasted beef and beef juices, salt, flavourings, potato flour, caramel colour, corn oil, paprika), soybean oil, worcestershire sauce (water, malt vinegar, sugar, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein, caramel colour, spices, dextrose, dehydrated onion & garlic, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, tamarind extracts, blackstrap molasses, sodium propionate), garlic (garlic, water, citric acid), spices, paprika.

Preparation Instructions

Microwave (1000W)

  1. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not remove heat proof film.
  2. Heat 3-4 minutes (325 g tray) or 4-5 minutes (900 g tray) on high until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not remove heat proof film.
  3. Cook on a baking tray in centre of oven for 20-25 minutes (325 g tray) or 30-35 minutes (900 g tray) until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remove plastic film carefully.
Do not use in toaster oven, do not broil. Ovens vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only.
